DOES YOUR ʻULU + MĀMAKI HERBAL TEA BLEND CONTAIN CAFFEINE?

Both ʻulu and māmaki are naturally caffeine-free.

HOW DO I STORE MY HERBAL TEA?

As with most teas, to enjoy the freshest brew, there are five basic things you’ll want to avoid: light, heat, moisture, odor and air. We recommend storing your tea in a cool, dry place away from light and strong odors.

ARE YOUR FOOD PRODUCTS CERTIFIED ORGANIC? 

While we are not certified organic at this time, rest assured that we’re serious about growing in a way that’s good for us humans and the environment. That means following many organic principles, among other practices. We encourage you to learn more about how we farm here.

DO YOUR FOOD PRODUCTS CONTAIN NUTS?

Our products do not contain nuts. However, we do manufacture in a facility that produces foods containing tree nuts. Although we thoroughly clean our production lines to prevent any cross contamination, traces of tree nuts may remain.

DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?

Free shipping is offered for orders $50+. For all other orders, the shipping cost is calculated in real-time directly from USPS. This ensures you’ll get the exact shipping rate based on your order size and destination.

Right now we ship only within the US, but that may change in the future.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

All orders are shipped via USPS. Please allow 1-2 business days of handling time. Estimated shipping time to most destinations is 3-5 business days; orders shipped within Hawaiʻi typically arrive quicker. Once your order is on its way, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can keep an eye on it.
