Do your teas contain caffeine?

All of our herbal teas are caffeine-free—so sip up any time of day! 

How do I store my tea?

As with most teas, to enjoy the freshest brew, there are five basic things you’ll want to avoid: light, heat, moisture, odor and air. We recommend storing your tea in a cool, dry place away from light and strong odors.

Are your products organic?

Polipoli Farms follows the regenerative practices of our Indigenous ancestors.

While we are not certified organic at this time, rest assured that we’re serious about growing in a way that’s better for us humans and the environment.

Are your products gluten-free?

Our products are gluten-free and we are not in a facility that processes wheat. 

One of the ingredients in our tea is a Polynesian plant called 'ulu, also known as breadfruit. With a name like that, you'd think that it contains gluten, but rest assured that it doesn't.

Breadfruit flour is actually touted as a great alternative for folks with celiac disease or sensitivities. 

Do your products contain nuts?

Our products do not contain nuts. However, we do manufacture in a facility that produces foods containing tree nuts. Although we thoroughly clean our production lines to prevent any cross contamination, traces of tree nuts may remain.

Do you offer free shipping?

Free Economy shipping is offered for orders $75+. For all other orders, the shipping cost is calculated in real-time directly from USPS. This ensures you’ll get the exact shipping rate based on your order size and destination.

Where do you ship to?

Right now we ship only within the US, but that may change in the future.

When will I receive my order?

All orders are shipped via USPS. Please allow 2-3 business days of handling time. Estimated shipping time to most destinations is 3-5 business days; orders shipped within Hawaiʻi typically arrive quicker. Once your order is on its way, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can keep an eye on it.
